Before registering for the event, please read the following terms carefully:
- All personal data will be handled confidentially. It will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for the event. Some information from your registration form may be shared with the universities and companies involved in the following cases:
- Your data may be shared with IBM Quantum so that an IBM Quantum or Qiskit prize can be delivered if you win a challenge organized by us.
- If you request a certificate of attendance to apply for the recognition of university credits (CFU), your data may be shared with your university department.
- You confirm that you will be at least 18 years old when the event begins.
- You acknowledge and agree that the organizing committee and event hosts accept no responsibility for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from your participation in the event programme.
- You accept the Qiskit Code of Conduct.
- By participating in the event, you agree to be filmed, photographed, or otherwise recorded during the conference. You expressly grant the organizing committee the right to use these photographs, recordings, or other media on websites, social media, brochures, posters, and informational or advertising materials. You also confirm that the information in your application is true and correct.
- You accept that neither the organizing committee nor any host institution can be held responsible for the content of any poster, talk, workshop, excursion, or similar activity.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy.
